The housing meant for 20, Three-bed units are in a range of 1750 square feet. The site dimension in the ratio of 1:1.5 and has the units rectangular in nature with light and ventilation coming in from two sides. A single core allows access to four units on every floor. The façade that revealed a monotonous play of balconies and windows allowed to attempt a design that is playful and non-uniform. Having this as the intent, balconies, and detail of a plant pit were staggered sporadically on every floor to break the typicality of the facade. The position of the kitchen was constant with its vertical grills and became a good anchoring background element for the balconies to be placed on either side of it. The colour palette had white as the major backdrop with concrete finish and the dynamic green in every balcony.
