The architecture of this project celebrates the clubhouse flanked between two housing blocks on the ground floor to hold the required leisure activity. The pool, the primal element served both a water feature and a cascade relaxing the linear area between the blocks. The interior design complimented the architectural thought bringing in the necessary openness of the in-between. The position of the clubhouse foyer was more an outdoor seating which anchored other facilities like the creche, the multipurpose hall, the library, billiards, and table tennis rooms.
