The competition among the Alumni of the institution was about assimilating the features of an institutional life into a premise that would be what one always wished for. While the formal portion was governed by the main requirement of the project, the surroundings associated were playful and organic in nature. The water body by its visual delight was meant to tie all that happened around whereby the canteen, the play areas, and the stalls became a derivative of the central focus. Relatively the massing of the auditorium was extensively framed to bring down its magnanimous scale. The levels in turn brought in that necessary segregation between the lower public areas and the upper play areas.
